Following the initial workshop, we completed a comprehensive communications audit with recommendations for streamlining communications, updating messaging and making communications efforts more targeted and impactful.
We conducted benchmarking research on comparator company websites to inform recommendations to evolve website copy and navigation to reflect best practices from cell therapy peers and companies with approved products with boxed warnings
Develop
Using the research, we created a set of core materials, including an updated corporate presentation, updated corporate fact sheet and updated web copy to reflect the company’s focus on its long-term potential and leadership in cell therapy
As Omisirge, the company’s lead asset, was approved, we evolved the corporate website to reflect new messaging and ensure regulatory compliance
Deploy
- We took over stewardship of the company’s investor materials and corporate messaging, updating messaging to focus more on the company’s market potential, support hiring activities and to reflect Omisirge’s approval
