Orangefiery Founder and CEO discusses the evolving leadership landscape in a complex and rapidly changing world
Orangefiery founder and CEO Mike Kuczkowski joins Dr. Jonathan H. Westover on The Human Capital Leadership podcast from Human Capital Innovations. In this week’s episode, Mike discusses the current complex and rapidly changing business environment and how leadership skills will continue to evolve the next decade, and which are the most critical to embody.
“We value skills around curiosity, rigor and problem-solving and really trying to cultivate those pieces and things because those are continuous things and I don’t think that’s a mountain you ever get to the top of, I think it’s something you continue the climb throughout your life,” Mike says.
If your passionate about those things it will serve you really well individually–How you cultivate that more broadly as an organization requires a lot of discipline. I mean we are programmed to believe that we have the right answer, instead thinking that the answer itself is kind of fungible you know, very much subjective–It depends. And you need a lot of you know, a more experimental model.”
